Getting used to life with diabetes can be difficult, join the Health Awareness Workshop via Zoom this Saturday 14th November. There will be lots of information to help you learn how to treat and manage your condition effectively.

From advice about what to eat, to emotional support and guidance, to help you live well with diabetes.


Slough Libraries has books for you to read up on the condition explaining how you can fit diabetes around your lifestyle, from what to eat, to how you can treat and manage your condition effectively.
