World Book Day 4th March - Magazines and Comics for Children

World Book Day changes lives through a love of books and shared reading. Reading for pleasure is the single biggest indicator of a child’s future success – more than their family circumstances, their parents’ educational background or their income.

Slough Libraries encourages you to join our Library, borrow books, E-books, E-Magazines and E-Comics and get reading for pleasure!

Slough Libraries has over a THOUSAND E-Comics and E-Graphic Novels available for you to read for FREE with your library card! There's also magazines like The Week Junior, written to engage curious young minds and encourage them to explore and understand the world around them.

Slough Libraries subscribes to RB Digital which has titles for adults, young people and children. (Please note some comic book titles are not suitable for children).
